1. Digital Product

All products sold on this page ("Kits") are digital products consisting of automation workflow templates, AI prompt templates, documentation, and video training materials. Kits are delivered electronically immediately upon purchase.

2. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

3. Ownership and License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Kit for your own business operations. For the Agency Kit, you may use the templates and white-label materials to deliver services to your clients. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the Kit templates themselves.

4. Third-Party Services

Kits may reference third-party services such as automation platforms, AI APIs, CRM systems, and other tools. Crave Digital is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller of any third-party service. You are solely responsible for obtaining your own accounts, API keys, and subscriptions for any third-party services required to operate the templates. Any costs associated with third-party services are your responsibility.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Kits are provided as tools and templates. Results depend on your implementation, business model, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes, revenue, or performance.

6. As-Is Delivery

Kits are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Crave Digital, its owner, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of a Kit shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

8. Intellectual Property

All Kit contents are original works created by Crave Digital. You may not claim authorship of the templates. You may modify the templates for your own use. The Agency Kit grants limited rights to use modified templates in client deliverables.
